2.2 Info Products

Digital training materials, guides, templates, and recorded seminars provided for download or streaming.

2.3 Goods

Branded materials, printed guides, certification kits, and other physical items available for purchase.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

Requests for a refund must be submitted within fourteen days of purchase and prior to significant delivery of service. If no substantial work has commenced, a full refund will be issued as a credit to the original payment method within seven business days. Clients may opt to reschedule sessions up to thirty days after the original date. Once customized or preparatory work is underway, no refund will be granted due to time and resources committed.

3.2 Info Products

All digital materials are final sale. No refund will be provided once access credentials or download links have been issued to the client.

3.3 Goods

Unused merchandise in original packaging may be sent back to us within thirty days of delivery for inspection. Upon confirmation of condition, refund will be issued to the original payment method within seven business days. Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless the error is on our part.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Service appointments may be rescheduled or canceled by contacting our support team via contact.html at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled time. Late requests may not be honored.

5. Amendments

Trainovestira reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on trainovestira.com. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
